Tivon has built his career helping businesses navigate complex commercial and regulatory questions. His experience spans leading law firms and international businesses across Africa and Europe, with a focus on commercial contracts, property, technology, data protection and corporate governance. He holds a BA (Law), an LLB and an Advanced LLM in Law and Digital Technologies.

At Komco, Tivon brings a broad commercial perspective to the company's property and investment activities by asking the right questions early, structuring opportunities clearly and keeping decisions focused on long-term value.

Daniele-B knows that good property decisions depend on getting both the legal detail and the commercial reality right. She is an attorney, notary public and conveyancer with experience in commercial property transactions, land and regulatory matters, including work connected to major commercial developments. She holds an LLB, an LLM and a BA Honours in Journalism, giving her a strong legal foundation and an ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

At Komco, she helps ensure that opportunities are properly understood, risks are identified early and property matters are managed with care and sound judgment.
